Protecting the privacy and confidentiality of information
about our clients is very important to Kershaw & Associates, Inc. Accordingly,
we strive to comply with each of the following practices in everything we do:
- We do not share nonpublic information about you with third
parties outside of Kershaw & Associates, Inc. without your consent.
- We work to ensure information integrity and security. We
use technological tools and design our business practices to help ensure
that the personal information of our customers is properly gathered,
stored and processed. We also work to maintain the security of, and
internal and external access to, the personal information of our customers
through the use of technology and our business practices.
- Our employees are trained to respect the personal
information of our customers.
- We Shred documents, CDs and demagnetize diskettes.

Disclosure of Information
Kershaw & Associates, Inc. will not disclose the
nonpublic personal information we collect, without your consent except when
permitted or required by law, except as follows:
- To respond to a subpoena or court order, judicial process
or regulatory authorities;
- We may provide name, address, Social Security number and a
current balance due to a third party collection agency to aid in
collection of delinquent accounts.
- We may disclose the nonpublic personal information we
collect to other third parties as authorized by you.

Confidentiality and Security
Kershaw & Associates, Inc. will safeguard client
information. We limit access to the personal and account information of our
clients to those employees who need to know that information in the course of
their job responsibilities. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural
safeguards that comply with federal standards to protect client information.
We also have internal controls to keep client information as
accurate and complete as possible. If you believe that any information we have
regarding you or your account is not accurate, please let us know.
