Garth Galyon has been a practicing attorney for over 15 years and has had a close working relationship with Kershaw & Associates for over 10 years. He specializes in business and corporate law, real estate, civil litigation, and estate and probate planning.

Garth sub-leases an office from us, making it very convenient to handle your tax and legal issues in one sitting.

Update - As of June '05, Garth has taken a 2-year sabbatical to sail the world with his wife and son. Until his return, his shoes have been filled by Ken Ross, a very competent local attorney with years of practice under his belt. We welcome Ken and wish Garth a happy voyage and safe return.

Update #2 - Garth is back on dry land and has hired on as a full-time employee of Kershaw & Associates! Although this precludes him from practicing law for the general public, we are excited to bring his wealth of knowledge into our firm as he helps us with individual, business, and estate taxes.
